Nature of This Service
Macomb County Released Inmates organizes links and explanatory material for county custody records, Michigan OTIS, MI-VINE, court files, post-release supervision, and federal custody sources. It does not hold the official records and cannot confirm a person’s custody, order a release, post bond, file a request, or change an agency record for a visitor.
Some search tools come from independent providers. Those services control their own databases, fees, billing, terms, and results.
Rules for Acceptable Use
Visitors must use the site lawfully and in a way that does not harm people, records systems, or other users.
- Do not use the service to break a law or violate another person’s rights.
