Search queries
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box passes to the third-party provider that operates the tool. This site does not keep a separate log of those query terms on its own systems. The provider may handle the query under its own privacy notice and service terms.
Messages
An email or contact message may include a name, reply address, and any details the sender chooses to provide. That information is retained as needed to read and answer the message. Correspondence is not shared outside the organization unless the sender asks for it, service support requires it, or disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data and Cookies
Like most public websites, hosting and analytics systems can create routine technical records when a page loads. This service is intended for adults and does not knowingly seek personal information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may use the Contacts page to request a review and deletion where appropriate.

A request concerning an official Sheriff, court, MDOC, OTIS, or VINE record must go to that government agency or service. This private site cannot edit a record it does not hold.
